The ISAA 2026 Annual Conference returns October 14–16 in East Peoria, IL, bringing together ambulance executives, billing professionals, and operations leaders from across the state. This three-day event offers a robust program designed to strengthen EMS leadership and operational excellence.
Attendees will have the opportunity to choose between two dedicated learning tracks:
Billing Track: Focused on compliance, reimbursement strategies, and best practices for ambulance billing professionals.
EMS Supervisor Track: Tailored for operations leaders, covering workforce management, leadership development, and frontline supervisory skills.
A vendor showcase will also be available, offering the latest products, services, and innovations to support EMS agencies statewide.
