About ISAA
The Illinois State Ambulance Association (ISAA) is a statewide trade association representing ambulance and medical transportation providers across Illinois. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, ISAA works to strengthen emergency medical services, support its members, and advance high-quality patient care throughout the state.
ISAA serves as a resource for ambulance providers, healthcare partners, policymakers, regulators, and the communities we serve. Together, we work to improve EMS standards, address industry challenges, and ensure access to safe, reliable medical transportation for all Illinois residents.

Our mission is to promote excellence in patient care, foster innovation, support our members, and advocate for policies that benefit both EMS providers and the patients they serve.
